Hi,

I am Bianca de Hay and I live in Hardinxveld-Giessendam (The Netherlands)

All my live I was surrounded by dogs of different breeds.

But soon I fell in love with the Great Dane.

My mother was okay with every breed except a Dane,I had to wait till I moved out of the house.

 

 

In 1998 my dream came true and I could bye my first Dane.

This was the fawn male Kolonel Blitz van de Lingestreek .

With Blitz I made my first steps in the world of show dogs.

And I knew there would be more Danes in the future for me.

 

 

After showing Blitz on Crufts my eye fell on the Garsak kennel in the UK.

It took me three years of waiting and then a dream came true .

Garsak General Phoenix came to the Netherlands and into my hart.

 

 

The sad thing was that Blitz had just died of the results of a cardiac attack.

 

 

Phoenix for me is a dream come true and I hope she will be the future mother of my kennel.
